Meet the teacher

Hello!  My name is Kathleen Basden-Heath and I am excited to be teaching Kindergarten again this year.  It will be a wonderful year full of learning and fun!

I have been working at Oktaha Schools since 2006.  I received a degree in Organizational Management in 1988, and in 2009 received my teaching certification in Early Childhood Education and Elementary Education. In my time with Oktaha Schools I have worked as an Elementary Assistant, taught the Three Year Old Program, Kindergarten, Fourth Grade, and in the 20-21 school year I returned home to Kindergarten.

I believe this is going to be an amazingly great year! I can’t wait to see what this year has in store for your Little Darlings and me! Blessings!!!
