OKTAHA

This is my 6^th year teaching at Oktaha Elementary and I can honestly say that I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else! I am a graduate of Northeastern State University where I obtained my Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Early Childhood Education. I was awarded the Outstanding Senior and nominated as Outstanding Intern during my last semester.

My husband, Weston, and I will be celebrating our 6^th  anniversary in October and have lived in Oktaha our entire lives. We have a 4 year old named Hensley and 2 year old named Ryett. We typically spend our extra time with our cows and doing things outside. 

I always dreamed of being a teacher and I truly couldn’t imagine doing anything else with my life. It’s my priority to instill a love for learning in my students so they will develop a desire to become lifelong learners, problem-solvers, and inspired to achieve their goals.
