OKTAHA

I have thoroughly enjoyed my fourteen years as an Oktaha Tiger and look forward to another great year!!  My husband, kids, and I came here in 2013.  Prior to Oktaha, I taught math, computers, and business at Central Sallisaw for 14 years.

I grew up and attended school in Durant, Oklahoma and stayed in Durant to earn a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management  from Southeastern Oklahoma State University.  Before I decided to follow my dream of becoming a teacher, I held various positions at Wal-Mart for 7 years.

My oldest son, Brayden and his wife Aubrey own a lawn and landscaping businiess and Aubrey will begin PA school at NSU this fall.  Brock, our middle son, was drafted by the Seattle Mariners this past summer and is currently playing baseball in Modesto, California.  Our youngest child, Brynna, is a high school senior here at Oktaha and is  taking concurrent classes at OSUIT.

I love spending time with my family, most of it is spent following my kids around to games.  I also enjoy exercising, traveling, reading, and being outdoors.
